The Maryland Association of Core Service Agencies (MACSA) is the non-profit organization comprised of Maryland’s 19 Core Service Agencies. The Core Service Agencies are the local Mental Health Authorities responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring public mental health services at the county level. There is a Core Service Agency to be of assistance in every county in the state and in Baltimore City.
